Project Overview:

J.B. Steel helped transform a prominent downtown intersection into a modern mixed-use destination by delivering the steel systems that support both residential living and street-level commercial activity. The project challenged the team to build upward while maintaining a strong connection to the surrounding neighborhood. J.B. Steel’s work contributed to the framework that allows retail storefronts, public gathering areas, parking facilities, and residential spaces to coexist within a single development. The completed project helps connect the University of Arizona, downtown Tucson, and the historic 4th Avenue district through a development designed around urban living.
