The Mark Apartments

Project Overview:

J.B. Steel contributed to the construction of The Mark by supporting the steel systems that allowed residential living and street-level commerce to coexist within a single urban development. The project required careful coordination within a dense university-area site where every square foot had to be optimized for student housing, retail activity, and pedestrian connectivity.

Unlike traditional apartment projects that occupy large suburban sites, The Mark was built vertically and integrated directly into the surrounding urban fabric.
