Building Information Modeling
Three-dimensional modeling is a J.B. Steel standard for all major projects. These models carry the accurate, reliable, and detailed information needed for successful Building Information Modeling (BIM) and construction execution. The structural steel models help to simplify even the most complex structures and provide the basis for preconstruction collaboration between trades.
Value Engineering
We have the expertise to help our customers meet their project budgets through value engineering services. We pride ourselves on finding innovative approaches to reduce project costs while achieving design objectives.
Design Build
We are able to provide our customers with a full array of estimating services, from very preliminary budget numbers based on basic concepts and square footage, to detailed estimates from final drawings. We appreciate the opportunity to partner with our customers in the early stages of the project in order to provide assistance throughout the entire project development process.
Steel Fabrication
J.B. Steel is an American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) Certified Steel Fabricator and a Clark County Approved Fabricator – Structural Steel. We perform 100% of our own steel fabrication with certified welders in a fabrication shop that was built in 2000. We believe it is in our customers’ best interests to have J.B. Steel handle all aspects of the project. We are experienced in all types of steel fabrication, including structural steel, metal stairs, and steel railing.
Steel Erection
J.B. Steel is an American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) Certified Steel Erector. We perform 100% of our own steel erection. We believe it is in our customers’ best interests to have J.B. Steel handle all aspects of the project. Our ironworkers are well-trained and our welders are certified. In addition to structural steel, J.B. Steel installs metal stairs, steel railings, metal decks, steel joists, and girders.
