Sam Hughes Place

Project Overview:

J.B. Steel fabricated and erected the structural steel package for Sam Hughes Place, a multi-story mixed-use development near the University of Arizona. the project included structural steel framing, steel joists, joist girders, metal deck, and miscellaneous steel supporting both street-level commercial space and upper-floor residential units. The completed development remains a prominent landmark within Tucson’s university district.
