Sahuarita Regional Library

Project Overview:

J.B. Steel provided the fabrication and erection of the structural steel framing and architectural steel features for the Sahuarita Regional Library. The project included the installation of signature perforated steel “shard” structures that define the facility’s exterior identity, create shaded outdoor reading areas, and allow diffused natural daylight into the building. Inspired by the region’s mining history, these exposed steel elements serve as both functional and architectural focal points while supporting a modern, community-centered learning environment.
