PALMtower

Project Overview:

J.B. Steel contributed to the construction of PALMtower by supporting the complex steel systems required for a 29-story residential tower in the heart of downtown Phoenix. Working within a constrained urban site, the project required careful coordination to keep materials moving and construction progressing as the structure rose above the surrounding skyline. J.B. Steel’s work helped create the framework for high-density urban living while supporting the architectural vision and vertical growth that continue to reshape downtown Phoenix.
