OPUS Tucson

Project Overview:

J. B. Steel supported the construction of Opus Tucson by delivering steel systems that helped transform a dense urban site into one of Tucson’s newest residential high-rises. The project demanded close coordination with a fast-moving design-build team operating under immovable university occupancy deadlines. J.B. Steel’s work contributed to the infrastructure supporting amenity spaces, architectural features, resident gathering areas, and building support systems throughout the tower.
