La Posada at Pusch Ridge

Project Overview:

J.B. Steel contributed to the creation of a senior living community designed around connection, wellness, and long-term livability. Rather than supporting a single-purpose building, the project required steel systems that helped bring together residential spaces, hospitality-inspired amenities, dining venues, recreation areas, and parking facilities into one integrated campus environment.

The scale of the development demanded careful coordination across multiple building components and amenity spaces while supporting a construction schedule that positioned the community to welcome its first residents ahead of expectations.
