Kohler Vikrell Manufacturing Facility

Project Overview:

J.B. Steel participated in the construction of this one-million square-foot manufacturing facility, which required extensive structural steel framing to support large scale production areas, warehousing, and distribution operations. The project’s steel package was engineered around long-lead roof joists and large prefabricated roof deck and truss assemblies that were assembled at ground level before being lifted into place, helping accelerate erection and improve jobsite efficiency on one of Arizona’s largest industrial developments.
