Project Overview:

J.B. Steel fabricated and erected the structural steel package for KV Casa Grande, a 314,453 square-foot Class A industrial facility. The project included long-span structural steel framing, steel joists, joist girders, and metal deck that support 32-foot clear heights, expansive warehouse space, and modern loading operations. The completed facility provides flexible industrial space for manufacturing, distribution, and logistics users throughout Arizona’s growing industrial corridr.
