Project Overview:

J.B. Steel fabricated and erected the structural steel package for the 150,000 square-foot Caterpillar Tucson Mining Center, a 12-story corporate headquarters that serves as the global hub for Caterpillar’s Surface Mining and Technology division. The project required multi-story structural steel framing to support modern office environments, collaborative workspaces, and architectural features that reflect Arizona’s mining heritage while contributing to Tucson’s growing downtown skyline.
