Benedictine Monastery Apartments

Project Overview:

J.B. Steel helped bridge nearly a century of architectural history by supporting the transformation of the historic Benedictine Monastery into a modern residential community. The project required steel solutions that connected new construction with a preserved landmark while respecting the character and scale of the original 1938 structure.

Working as part of a complex adaptive reuse effort, J.B. Steel contributed to the infrastructure that allowed residential buildings, parking facilities, and modern amenities to integrate seamlessly with the historic monastery.
